Ink Absorber Full (E08) [Canon]

1. Download service tool from Canon Service Tool E510-E500.
2. Unzip the file and run the servicetool_E510-E500.exe.
3. Turn off the printer.
4. Make sure there's at least 2 sheets of paper on the paper tray.
5. Press and hold stop / reset and power button.
6. Release stop / reset button but keep pressing the power button.
7. Press stop / release button 5 times while still holding the power button.
8. Release the power button.
9. Wait till the led goes steady. (If steady means printer already in service mode)
10. Open service tool.
11. Click EEPROM, then choose rear tray and click OK.
12. A sheet of paper will be printed out.
13. In Destination part, choose ASA and click set button.
14. In Ink Absorber Counter part, choose main and click set button.
15. In Ink Counter part, choose main and click set button.
16. Another sheet of paper will be printed out.
17. Exit the service tool, press the power button to turn off the printer.
