Unhandled .NET Framework exception after Docker Desktop installation

1. Close Docker Desktop and ensure Docker Desktop is not running.
2. Navigate to the C:\Users\USER-PC\AppData\Roaming\Docker\settings.json.
3. Edit the settings.json file and find the line "wslEngineEnabled": true and change it to "wslEngineEnabled": false.
4. Save the file.
5. Restart Docker Desktop.
