How to manual clear protection history in MSFT Defender ?

1. Turn OFF Real-Time protection and Cloud protection.
2. Go to C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Scans\History.
3. Delete folder Service.
4. Turn ON back Real-Time protection and Cloud protection.
