How to fix printer which able to scan but can't print ?

1. Run dialog : control printers.
2. Remove the related printers by right-click the device and click Remove device.
3. Run dialog : printui.exe /s.
4. Go to Ports, select the related ports and delete the port by click Delete port.
5. Go to Drivers, select the related drivers and delete the driver by click Remove.
6. Choose Remove driver and driver package and click OK.
7. Go to C:\ProgramData.
8. Delete all the folder by looking for the brands name.
9. Restart the pc.
10. Install the printer and test.

Note: If the problem still exist, run dialog to temp, %temp% & prefetch and delete all the files.
