How to Fix Failed to Connect to A Windows Service Error ?

1. Run dialog : services.msc.
2. Find the System Event Notification Service and turn the service to Automatic.
3. Click Stop then Start.
4. Click Apply then OK.
5. Find the COM+ Event System and turn the service to Automatic.
6. Click Stop then Start.
7. Click Apply then OK.
8. Restart the computer.
