How to fix Error 0x800B0109 ?

1. Run dialog : %temp%.
2. Select those files and delete. (Skip all the files which can't be deleted.)
3. Run command 1.
4. Go to C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution.
5. Select those files and delete. (Skip all the files which can't be deleted.)
6. Restart the computer.
