How to fix Explorer.exe Blank Message on Startup ?

1. Run dialog : regedit.
2. Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows.
3. In this key, delete String named Load.
