Fix Windows is Unable to Connect to the Selected Network

1. Run Identify and repair network problems.
2. Run Device Manager.
3. Update Network Card Drivers.
4. Run command 1.
5. Run command 2.
6. Run Network and Sharing Center.
7. Go to Change advanced sharing settings.
8. Turn on Network Discovery.
9. Uninstall Security Software.
10. Reboot PC.
