How to enter cheats : Ctrl + Shift + C then testingcheats true

1. fps on - Displays framerate per second counter in bottom left corner of screen
2. fps off - Removes framerate per second counter in bottom left corner of screen
3. headlineeffects off - Disables speech bubbles and other on-screen elements
4. headlineeffects on - Enables speech bubbles and other on-screen elements
5. hovereffects off - Disables hover effect when mouse curser hovers over Sims
6. hovereffects on - Enables hover effect when mouse curser hovers over Sims
