ePSXe 2.0.5 - How to Setup PEC(PSX Emulation Cheater)

1. Download the ePSXe emulator cheater from this link.
2. Run the .exe file.
3. Install the application in the ePSXe plugins folder.
4. Download the PEC NEW DLL FOR EPSXE V.2.0 Plugin from this link.
5. Extract the zip file to the ePSXe plugins folder.
